Is Religion Vs Science A Good Essay Topic?
Is Religion Vs Science A Good Essay Topic?Religion vs. Science: Is it a good essay topic? - It can be a good subject for your college course. I have seen essays that seem to be about religious subjects have turned out to be about science topics; and vice versa. As I said, the tendency with this kind of argument is to come down on one side or the other; and this means that either they're going to be more knowledgeable about the scientific issues and facts, or they're going to be very religious, because one side of the argument just ignores the other side. This tends to make for a very poor and poorly written essay. You'll also run into problems if you're trying to be too broad. It's not enough to say that a belief system is backed up by facts and figures; sometimes it may be more accurate to say that there is no evidence backing up the claims being made. For example, people who believe in astrology, or even, God himself, may believe that these things are 'all based on intuition'. As suc h, they base their decisions on intuition, not fact. However, that doesn't mean that writing an essay on religion vs. science is necessarily a bad topic to write about; in fact, there are quite a few topics that are ideal for this. Think about what your major will be, if it's a science major, and then think about the things that they study. Then look at the subject and see if there is any evidence supporting the positions of one side or the other, and see if they stand up.Some of the ways that people study these things can be very different. For example, with astrology and psychic phenomena, the two sides (which do not always agree on many things) are studying the same subject, which is based on opinion. However, they may disagree about whether there is any real proof. For example, when we study astronomy, we use the data to give an explanation of the observed data, whether it agrees with the theory that there is a God, or if we believe that He exists and our observations are just a c oincidence. Of course, if there is no God, then our observations are a coincidence. It all depends on what you believe.Science and religion are two different things, and some people can be very vocal about what they believe; this can get very heated. In fact, there is a whole list of blogs and websites that cater to a certain political stance or viewpoint, and even political candidates often use these sites as a tool to get out their message. The future will tell if the rise of religiosity continues. But for now, I'd say that you might want to consider having a look at how you study these things, and the way that you come down on the subject. It might make for a good essay topic.
